Mostly I'm the guy who likes practical and honest Character Optimization. I don't do uberchargers, delay death (and similar spells), and nightsticks. Most of the time the optimization I do is built around allowing a character that is a multithreat to remain function - like using Unseen Seer to avoid losing more then one caster level when going into Arcane Trickster. I'm currently running a cleric/wizard/rogue and a fighter/wizard/rogue in other games. I guess I'm just scatterbrained - I like multithreat characters.

That said, I'm annoyed, and now that I'm annoyed I want something fairly cheesy. Another player has made a huge stink over my character in the game we share that hasn't started yet, and has expressed the intent of rebuilding his character - I can assume to counter mine. I'm not willing to let that happen, and as such I'm working on another character to substitute for the current one I've got ready just before the game starts.

Character creation is as follows
-One point of (free) LA
-Pathfinder
-10th level (before LA)
-2 base classes, 1 PRC Max
-32 point buy
-49,000 wealth
-limited to 5 items total
-Evil Alignment
-3.5 Books Allowed save the setting specific material (though it may be allowed on a case by case)

I'm kicking around something involving Dweomerkeeper or a Kobold using various cheerlessness like the last age category, but I'm curious as to what others would suggest - or suggest with the concepts already floating around.

Obviously I'd prefer the character be a spellcaster.

How about War Weaver? I mean, pure, raw, unadulterated power in a flavor that will let you buff and do other things. C'mon, try it!

I only know one note, but it's a darn good note! For full power cheese, try out my Algernon build in the war weaver's guide. I'll see your triple threat and raise you exponential order action novas.

JPM Gish. Dolorous Blow + Blood in the Water can get kinda strong, even at l10. Actually, you can even skip JPM, go straight to AbChamp. In fact, you can even stay pure caster and just spend two feats, as long as you have a way of getting a MWP on a 18-20 crit weapon. Be an Aasimar or a Tiefling, fr ex.

1 PRC, evil alignment?

Necropolitan Tainted Scholar.

True story!

One of these days, I'm gonna get a campaign diary out of someone I helped. I really want to see one of my builds in motion for more than a session or an arena match.

The original character he's pitching a fit about is a Necropolitan - I'd rather stay as far from it as possible considering he is likely to - petty as he is - build his "new" character to shut down undead.

The first character had a heavy group support theme going, but at this point I'd rather just stomp all over the group if it comes to using it. Otherwise, yes, War Weaver is very good. Ran one a couple years ago.

If you want to stomp all over the party, be a frenzied Beserker. I don't know exactly how to make good ones, but i know they rock.

If you want to do a Frenzied Beserker play as a warforged. Take 1 level of barbarian, 4 levels of fighter using the fighter variant from dungeonscape if allowable, then 5 levels of warforged juggernaut. The rest of the way take frenzied beserker. You'll be immune to the beserkers subdule damage and on a bullrush you can deal upwards of 100 dmg.

Bear in mind, there is nothing at all saying you have to include the party in the Tapestry, and it's still just a move action to blow it and get a ton of self-buffs My current character I'm starting for a level ten is Wizard 3/War Weaver 5/Incantatrix 2, with a progression of +1 Incantatrix (for Metamagic Effect)/Spellguard of Silverymoon 5/+4 Incantatrix, as a Dragonborn Grey Elf with a hummingbird familiar and both elf sub levels at age venerable with Otherworldly (type outsider and dragon, huzah!). Combine with buying feats from places and retraining them to useful metamagic you can Practically use with Ease(y) ;) Incantaluran Spellweaver!

Personally I favor Half Minotaur for FB (Bloody stupid attribute bonuses, I forget precisely but it works out to something like +12 Str and +8 Con for 1 LA), which is quite doable for the Op since he gets a free LA.

That said, if you really want to be nasty go with a build based around Cheater of Mystarra with an Outsider race to free up some levels (since part of the build is built around getting Outsider). Of course, if you do that it won't just be the other player crying but your DM as well.

There is nowhere where treating Half-Minotaur as the +1 it was listed at in Dragon and giving the bonuses to Str for the increased size isn't "doable", other than maybe a caster. And even then, the stat bonuses and a couple of spells alone will essentially turn you into a better warrior than 90% of the builds on the board.

Here.

For extra effect, wear red and be a girl with a sickeningly cute smile and blonde pigtails.

Quite optimal in core only, although I'm a fan of Loremaster. Better feat access with pure wizard and a stronger familiar, though.
