Wow, that's not a lot to go on, with one of them being among the most complex classes ever printed, with no knowledge of what's allowed, and not even a please.

I did not know that you guys would need more than just teh level and what not

for teh warblade I def want one of his stances to be Surpeme blade perry. and for his striek def time stands still tombstone strike and perfect strike or whatever that +100 dmg iron heart strike is called.

for teh wizard I want him to be a 30 level human generalist wizard and I want him tweaked out like..  stupildy crazy not full on pun-pun crazy powerful but what a 30th level wizard is capabel of,  I have seen teh whole team solar thin for lvl 20 charatcers and  want something along those lines.

you know make a simulacrum of myself that i astrally projct to to actually do all of my adventuring ro what not with witht eh whole mega contigencies and counter counters that epic wizards are capable of.

SO please can you help me?

Would I be correct in assuming these are NPCs? CR 31 and CR 30 are fairly close. ECL 42 and ECL 30 are pretty far apart.

The stone giant could easily be made into a lockdown build.

Yes NPCs. I don't want teh lock down spiekd chain buidlas I personally HATE spiked chains.. also they do not exist in my world  and not everyime a PC has tried to make a spiker chain weapon  their forge explodes and I say " look, i told you no spiked chains"

I want the Warblade to be a bruiser the kind of guy who runs up to the party is all demon-y and proceeds to tear them a new one

The wizard I want to lulz at the party and foil everythng they throw at him untill they manage to think outside teh box, (oddly enough they never think of actually walking up and just fregging HITTING the guy in teh face...)

I personally HATE spiked chains

You could use a duom (Dragon Compendium, Arms and equipment guide, Sword and Fist) or hellspear (Fiendish Codex II 129). There's also the old reach weapon and armor spikes combination. Taking a step down in quality, you could use a changeling weapon (Magic Item Compendium) or the short haft feat (Player's Handbook II).

For a level 30 Wizard who is going to laugh at whatever the party does... I would go with something like this:

Elf Wiz 5/Incantatrix 10/Abjurant Champion 5/Incantatrix 10 (elf for possible 1st wizard sub level & martial weapon proficiency for Abj Champ)

Feats:  Combat Casting (ick), Iron Will (bought via Otyugh Hole), Extend Spell, Persistent Spell, Quicken Spell, Twin Spell, whatever other metamagic you want, and then once you go epic you can do things like Innate Spell: Time Stop.  Every round you Time Stop and do a bunch of stuff like Metamagic Effect or Sieze Spell everything they have going.  Definitely take Epic Spellcasting, of course.  Every day you can Insta-Persist 7 spells of any level.  Shapechange?  Check.  Take Improved Metamagic but no more than twice.  Take Epic Counterspell and Innate Spell: Dispel Magic and counter everything they try to cast.

For even more fun, gestalt with Factotum, take Font of Inspiration for every feat that isn't bonus and win EVERYTHING.

Thread right above this one: CO Board FAQ.

Q: I am unclear about what to post if I want help with my character.  What should I post?”
A: The key element here is the more effort you put in, the more exact people will be.

For example if you say “Min/Max me a Dwarf”. You will get responses where they tell you “make a cleric” or “make a bard”.  You may also be told a key skill or feat to pick up.

If on the other hand you supply a more complete character build, you will get more focused critique.  For example if you give the third level build of a dwarf.  You will get more exact suggestions.  Like how many points to put into what skills or why to take one feat over another.

Q: Well, what details, about my character, should I include?
A: Well include any things you have already decided on, like class or race or feats.  Also include things you are thinking about and make sure the reader can tell the difference.  Here is a basic list:

Race and Class
Stats if you have them or point buy if you do it that way.
Level to build at or if you want a level by level build.
Concept –like if you want to make a spell caster specializing in touch spells, or a trip attack specialist.

Q: Aside the details on what kind of character I want to make, what other information should I include?
A: Include any relevant house rules, also include what books you do or do not use.  Also include any relevant campaign/DM info.  Like “the DM hates dwarves” or “we are adventuring in the under dark.”

...

2) Help me threads are where you ask for advice or help on your character.  You may ask how to make the best archer or ask advice on whether or not to take a certain prestige class.  Or basically ask for any kind of help.

Etiquette:  First off it can be very rude to simply demand that someone make you a character.  Additionally since there are so many ways to make a character it is best if you supply what you were thinking about in the first place and let people give you ideas from there.  And finally there is no such thing as a free lunch, so you need to put in some work yourself.

So instead of saying “Min/Max Me a Cleric”.  Instead say “Could I have help min/maxing the character I include below.  I really want to have the destruction domain, any suggestions for maximizing that aspect?”  I think you will find that the more effort you put in yourself, the more help you will get.

Seems pretty clear.

On this board, you get out responses roughly comparable in quality to what you put in. Thus:

for teh warblade I def want one of his stances to be Surpeme blade perry. and for his striek def time stands still tombstone strike and perfect strike or whatever that +100 dmg iron heart strike is called.

for teh wizard I want him to be a 30 level human generalist wizard and I want him tweaked out like..  stupildy crazy not full on pun-pun crazy powerful but what a 30th level wizard is capabel of,  I have seen teh whole team solar thin for lvl 20 charatcers and  want something along those lines.

you know make a simulacrum of myself that i astrally projct to to actually do all of my adventuring ro what not with witht eh whole mega contigencies and counter counters that epic wizards are capable of.

Typos and no work on your side to even check the name of that strike. (Strike of Perfect Clarity, for the record.) Likewise, I said in my first reply that wizards are extremely complex for a reason: Stunts like the one you're describing are downright commonplace at higher levels, and are a real bitch to design from the ground up.

Also, I haven't the foggiest notion what the bold bit means.

If you show so little effort in designing a concept, I'll show about the same amount of effort in building it. This board isn't a character construction sweatshop.

SO please can you help me?

I'd suggest reading the Wizard Handbook (which Bill Bisco was kind enough to bump!) and the Tome of Battle for Dummies, then coming back with a clearer request.
Guide to Wizards: Being a God
Guide to Wizards: Evocation
Guide to Wizards: Abjuration
Guide to Wizards: Divination
Guide to Wizards: Transmutation
Guide to Wizards: Necromancy
Guide to Wizards: Conjuration
Guide to Wizards: Illusion
Guide to Wizards: Enchantment

Tome of Battle For Dummies
Tome of Battle Build Compendium

I'd also suggest reading up on epic resources; gameplay changes so heavily at epic levels that nearly everything we do here won't be able to help much against a competent epic player. The Wizards.com epic boards were steamrolled a while back; Dicefreaks is where you can probably find the best epic experts nowadays.

Simply put, the more homework you do, the better our results will be. Likewise, tell us the whole story up front. "build me a wizard" is too vague to work on, and our work will mostly miss whatever goals you didn't tell us.

Yes NPCs. I don't want teh lock down spiekd chain buidlas I personally HATE spiked chains.. also they do not exist in my world  and not everyime a PC has tried to make a spiker chain weapon  their forge explodes and I say " look, i told you no spiked chains"

Like that. We would have needed to know that these were NPCs and that you didn't like spiked chains.

Also, if you'd read Lockdown past the first few lines, you'd see that it doesn't need a spiked chain, and works perfectly well with a guisarme. Maat's suggestions show other ways it works
