Busting open the War Weaver: Legacy Champion

I was thinking about the limitations of the War Weaver's Eldrich Tapestry feature, which specifies that you can only cast spells into the tapestry of a level up to your War Weaver level.  Normally, that allows you to cast spells of "only" up to 5th level into the tapestry.  I know we can do better.  By my reading of Legacy Champion, you could recieve an effective +1 to your War Weaver level each level after 1st (as we only need 4 more effective levels we won't worry about LC's 7th level non-advancement).

Two Questions:

A) Am I reading things correctly?

IF SO

B) What good 6th+ spells should we be casting into the Tapestry?

I'm thinking about two different builds:

Build one would be:

(Race Unspecified) Wizard 5/War Weaver 5/Legacy Champion 5/Incantatrix 3-4/Full Casting 1-2

Build two (cheesier build):

Loredrake Dragonwrought Earth Kobold: Metamagic Specialist Sorcerer 4/War Weaver 5/Legacy Champion 5/Incantatrix 4+/Full Casting 0-2

Thoughts?

I think bloodlines are technically a better way to do this, since you don't have to sacrifice levels to legacy champion

Really? I admit I forgot about Bloodlines, but you only get 3 additional levels of "War Weaver" (so 8th level spells), but you do lose two more levels of spells known and spells per day, not to mention the loss of HD,Saves, BAB (ha ha), and Skill Points.

I'll give bloodlines a though though! Thanks for the reminder.

Bloodlines aren't levels; all you lose is XP.

Xp is a river you do get those lecels back and aren't technically epic with them, they are cheesey but its another way. And I don't remember that many great 9th lebel buffs(been awhile though). But you could add a few levels of legacy to get it to if you feel that strongly about it. Bloodlines just don't lose much comparitivly

And they gain so, SO much! Search for Hattori Hanzo in this forum for an idea of some crazy fun you can have with them.

Team Shapeshift is silly, among a few options for 9ths. Mind you, not all that many but still, silly. Also, why did I play the Polymorph card? Because... I could.

Wouldn't going wizard be easier due to spell level loos, giving you more flexability?

Wow...

Alright, I never realized Bloodline levels don't count as levels, just...and xp sap (Kind of like LA buyoff?) NICE!

So bloodlines would be far easier!

Also, going Wizard is better.

Yeah, Bloodline 3 / Legacy Champ 2 / Uncanny Trickster 2 ...
is a nice counting way to gain Class Levels in all/most things.

How exactly this interacts with War Weaver, idk enough to guess.
Certainly an Int class has enough skills to get in and use UT.
