Least Invocations: Codex Advocare, from Expedition to Castle Ravenloft. 20k gp. (Thanks VanGrue!)

Alternatives:
Walk Unseen: Buy a Ring of Inivisibility. 20k.
Fell Flight: Buy Wings of Flying, 52k.

Any others? The spell ones could be replicated with wands, of course, but it's the unique powers and/or long terms buffs I want to try and replicate with cash.
