Can I choose to jump less than my check?

I ask because with a +70ish Jump check, I don't want to try to jump 10 feet and end up 80 feet away.

Nov 09, 2008 22:02:55 		You can always declare that you want to jump a distance of X feet, and automatically succeed on the check due to the "I have enough" rule.

Nov 09, 2008 22:26:36 		Like the man said -- you don't make a Jump check and then travel that many feet; you declare how many feet you want to jump and then make a Jump check to see if you succeed.
