Can some one tell me exactly what Tools of War does?

May 22, 2010 1:22:52		I'm sorry if I sound like a newb but I'm new to the whole artificer thing, and I was wondering if Tools of War works on any magical weapon and armor or only ones that are on you? The reason I ask is because my DM keeps telling me that it only works on the things that are on the warforged but it doens't state that in the text. So can someone shed some light on the situation.

May 22, 2010 6:44:06 		Your DM is wrong, the Tools of War artificer racial substitution level (Races of Eberron) affects:
- all constructs
- all living constructs
- all magic arms (weapons)
- all magic armor (including shields)
It is not restricted to warforged components.
