PrC Paladin and Ranger for a start.

Archivist with divine scrolls.

Also, might be worth a note on the scrolls section that a Warlock can scribe a divine scroll of an arcane spell (and vice versa). Again tho, with the caveat about DM-relaed violence.

This list is far more up to date. I don't think I have Spontaneous Divination or the other class features on it. Hmmm ...

A new set of items in Magic Item Compendium: Runestaves.

They allow you to cast Arcane spells but use your own Arcane memorized spells.

Extra Spell (CA)

Of course this is a hotly debated topic. So it will depend on how you read the feat and what your DM chooses.

There's a psionic feat in Dragon #349 that lets you put either magic into psi item, or psi into magic item.
Just one item type at a time. Exp cost is multiplied by 1.5.

That's how a Wiz can use scrolls to learn Psionics.
That's how any Psi- can use Powerstones from Wiz/Archivist/Arty, to learn any spells.
Ouch.
Chameleon Crafting [Item Creation] - Issue 349

Monastic Servant of Auppenser is Cleric that learns one Psi- discipline; can't charm anything ever.

Dragons of Eberron has dragon religion that lets most any domain be a Sorc spell, and also Druids spells too.
But just one version of the handfull.

and Kyo Crystals.
I think you have to be Drow to use them.
Short List.
and I forget which book, but Drow might be in the title.
