#1 hexameta Jun 23, 2009 18:49:22	Hey, I'm looking for some good ideas for an intresting Cavalier. Im leaning towards halfling PLD into CAV and grabbing a Blink Dog mount. But I'd be open for any suggestions with a good non standard mount. Level is starting at 12. The DM will allow any source book except ToB (He didn't like janus jones's sond of death bard/crusader and killed it off in the 1st encounter ) So I guess it shouldn't be too OB or he might cry again.
#2 Balthanon Jun 23, 2009 19:16:31	A blink dog mount really isn't all that great, since they can't use their blinking ability with a rider. Dragon Steed is an option at higher levels and dire bat is decent at 6th level for the fly speed if you don't want to spend a feat.
