celerity and mind blank

I was wondering. Mind blank protects you from all mind-affecting spells and effects. The dazing from celerity to seems to be a mind-affecting effects...

As CJ has indicated, if the effect doesn't have the Mind-Affecting descriptor (or isn't indicated as mind-affecting in some other way, such as text stating "This is a mind-affecting effect.") then it doesn't count as mind-affecting as far as the game is concerned, even if it seems like something would affect your mind.
