Im playing in a Gestalted 20th level game. Im playing a Were-shark Goliath with a Dire-Shark as a cohort. I wanted to know if its possible to be able to create a lake/ocean amount of water to give me the upper hand.

Be a Red Wizard and cast heavily metamagicked CL(a lot) Create Water spells? Be a wizard and research Epic Create Water? Pay a wizard to create said Epic Create Water spell, then buy a 5/week item? Alas, I can't remember what trick they used for the shark guy when they were doing Naruto builds... it may have just been Energy Wave, which doesn't really count.

Most of the answers to any question you have past level 20 involve a wizard, in case you hadn't already figured this out.

EDIT: Aha, I found the updated trick... an Expanded Planar Bubble spell, using the elemental Plane of Water, will net you a planar bubble with an AOE of 1 mile. The Expand metamagic is from AEG Feats, and I unfortunately do not have the book, so I don't know if that's radius or area of the circle, but it's still a lot of water.
