Nov 19, 2010 17:58:50 as the titel do suggest im wondering if there is such thing as a class that adds charisma stats the same way the" War hulk" adds 2 str for every level you take to a totalt of 10 levels

56 str, at lvl 19
iv my self added the dragon template and got 60 str at lvl 15

Im thinking something like Nymph that takes the Cha mod to her Defences like the AC and Saves, could become some what of a treath, if there is such a class, if it possiable to boost the Char the same way you can with Str as showed above

i know the nymph got LA 7, thats quite a blow come to think of it, but
lets say we make a lvl 20 char, just before the epic levels right...

you roll 18 on cha base stat,
then add the cha class (if it excist) take 10 levels worth 20 exter cha,
cloak of charisma, +6,
then add a template that could add some exter point
so 44 cha, just from the top of my head, gives 17 to all AC and saves + what else the Class im seeking might add,

then comes the Dex mod to the AC, maybe +3 , and the usally 10 for starters

adding 30 Ac unarmored for a lvl 20 char, its not to bad...plus you still get insane + when dealing with cha based skills, turning, bluff, and deslike

but before i go all YES....is it even possiable ?

if tried google it, see if i could find a forum post on it, but failed
and i figure i just wanted to ask here before going over the books one by one

Nov 20, 2010 1:46:40 The Evolved Undead Template can be taken more than once, is LA +1, and offers +2 Str and +2 Cha, among other things.

Nov 20, 2010 2:54:48 There are a few classes that add a few points of cha, but nothing like warhulk. As a recommendation, try instead combining multiple classes/items/feats that add cha to things. Good way to start would be here:

I somewhere somehow, came to the conclustion that i would play an incorporeal creature, either bard or sorc, since the Idea about the Evolv Undead template sounds just about nice for a cha based class that needs the exter AC

then i can to what is called a" Spectral Mage" page 189 in the Magic of Faerun (MOF)

the thing that buggs me is
first it describing how to create the Spectral Mage, but there is no LA, does this mean its automatic 0, or that it can't be used for PC's ?

but the worst part is at the very end

"Cannot gain any class levels, advance as undead"

iv never heard about completly cutting class advancment off, and what does it mean to advance as Undead,
what i imagen is leveling up in a race insted of a class, like you do in Savage spices but if there is no chart...then what ?

and what would the purpose be ?

I mean, the Evolve Undead,
I cannot see how that can outweigth class levels in the Long Run,
sure as incorperal, it add a good amought of AC, but if you play as:

A, Melee, the dmg output from Str is lost due to be...yeah incorperal
B, Caster, Well good luck on thoes low lvl spells as you cannot advance in class levels

is it not, in the immortal words of the holy bible
"tho shall _never_ give up caster levels"

once again iv tried searching google and the forums, but can't quite find an explationation on this
and i dont know why both times iv come to ask qustion here its been in the middle of the night.. -.-

Also i've tried looking up some other incorporeal creatures and i get some reference to teh Book called "CotSQ" but as i can find out, its "City of the spider Queen"(that have less then 200 pages) and is "just" a campaige setting, w/o prestige calss / templates / races

does the nymhp's Ac bonus som Cha, stack with the AC bonus from the Silveraith ?
or is it both deflection AC ?
