| #1kurashuSep 23, 2008 21:36:37 | Going for a church inquisitor build with an archivist base. Human Archivist 3/Church Inquisitor 4/Sacred Exorcist 1/Church Inquisitor +2/Contemplative 1/Divine Disciple 4/Contemplative +5. Patron Deity: Kelemvor. I get to pick three domains, the Inquisition domain, turn undead, all divine spells, full casting and some fun goodies from Church Inquisitor, Divine Disciple and Contemplative. I can choose three domains from Death, Law, Fate, Protection and Travel. I've already decided on fate for sure, as far as the other two go, I have no idea. Travel sounds good as does law for Law Devotion. If I choose to go with a cloistered cleric (or even regular cleric), I could grab up all five domains and have knowledge to boot. But I'd rather stick with the Archivist just because I really love that class. And because with the archivist I really don't have to worry about picking domains that have extra powerful spells on them, I have them (potentially) already. Repurposing ordained champion is also an option (feat intensive though). I've also considered ditching divine disciple 4 for divine oracle 2/PrC 2. That nets only two free domains but I get oracle domain and prescient sense as well. Suggestions? Comments? Criticisms? |
