I would like to call for your science in D&D3.5 rules to know if there are ways for a cleric to reinforce his spellcatsing by taking ability damages (the idea here is to use something like "blooded metamagic" ability from tainted Scholar and heal them with Neberius, but to do this about divine spellcasting). Thanks for help ![]() Regards, |

Cloistered Cleric 3/Binder 1/Anima Mage 10/Tenebrous Apostate 5/Contemplative 1 is an incredible necromancer... and especially with DMM Persistant (with 12 turn attempts, you could persist 10 spells per day, by extending them after you persist them, including the bonus ones from Tenebrous). And let's face it, nothing is quite so awesome as a Necromancer creating a horde of undead, and then buffing them with Divine Persistant Righteous Wrath of the Faithful and Divine Persistant Recitation and so on, then using once every four round burst heals on them. Make the above build Cloistered Cleric 2/Binder 1/Anima Mage 10/Tenebrous Apostate 5/X 2 1st level feat should be Improved Sigl Krau (for 2nd level spells earlier) 3rd level feat should be improved binding (which all binders should take) this way you get binding abilities 1 level sooner. Well worth a feat. |

You've got Extend Spell, Persistant Spell, DMM Persistant Spell, Improved Binding as pretty much necesseties. Then there's Corpse Crafter which certainly is handy, and I'm a big fan of Destructive Retribution. You may also want Tomb Tainted Soul so that you can handle your own healing with a Necrosis Carnex or two. JaronK |
