Im starting a new campaign up to lvl 20.

Party will be Paladin, Rogue and Sorcerer.

Considering Ill be only char able to cast healing spells, I was considering going the classic way with a melee cleric and using DMM but not persist, I think im going only for Quicken DMM.

Race Human, Books allowed almost everyone, except settings one.

STR 14
DEX 10
CON 14
INT 10
WIS 16
CHA 14

Feats: Quicken Spell, Scribe Scroll
3º DMM Quicken
6º Extra Turning
9º Here starts problem, I dont know what feats to take.

Ill be realaying heavily on Scrolls, even if you lose XP, and are behind of partys lvl, you get more xp when killing mobs, so its not a problem. Mostly to have control of battlefield, since Im guessing our Sorcerer will be more of a Damage Dealer then a CCer.

About domains: Well, I wanted to take Magic one, but since its a God-based campaign.

Considering will be lacking Arcane spells, I was thinking of taking Divine Magician alternative class feature to get access to more spells and versatility, even if theyre not the best schools and I could put these on scrolls too.

My problem is with Prc, whan can I chose?

Its not particularly Undead oriented... and this is where I get confused, what others feats and Prc?

I would go with Cloistered Cleric instead of normal cleric if you aren't too concerned about being in melee combat (even then you're a cleric just start buffing). If you chose Mystra as your Deity you could then have Knowledge, Magic, and Spell domains. For prestige classes look into Contemplative, Divine Oracle, Divine Disciple, or any others that advance casting and give you more domains. Although with the Divine Magician option you could set your self up for the Dweomerkeeper prestige class which works extremely well with the Initiate of Mystra feat (see Cheater of Mystra). Non specific Deity feats Mitigate Suffering, Touch of Healing, and Summon Elemental. Knowledge Devotion is great with Cloistered Clerics. Or just stick with getting some Metamagics. DDM Perist is really awesome and worth reconsidering.

Though your suggestion is very nice, almost all of those feats are settings oriented. Initiate of Mystra feat and the PrC class is from Forgotten Realms, Im playing in Greyhawk and Im trying to avoid books from others settings, in order to not mix things too much.

I fail to see the advantage of taking Cloistered Cleric. Ok, Ill be getting all Knowledge, but I wont be able to get in melee reach, since Ill be having less HP and less armor.

I cant take those domains either, Im stuck with the crapy ones from the gods Ive listed :S

I didnt list any domains or gods xD lol, Ive just noticed.

Gods:

St. cuthbert, Pelor, Kord y Wee Jas Olidammara Fharlanghn Noradin, Yondalla Garl Glittergold

These are the closest gods temple to the campaign starting point. I can chose everyone I want, but I need them to be from Completes, Races and PH

If you have the skill points, there is a feat I believe in COmplete Divine or Champion "Knowledge Devotion" that can give bonuses to hit vs particular creatures if you get a high enough knowledge check.

Yes, I know that feat. But since our group is only composed by 1 real melee (Paladin), Ill be going melee as well, so taking cloistered cleric is not really a good option (low AC at first lvls).
And that feat works well when you can raise up all knowledge, with a +15 check youre already getting a +1 to hit and damage, but with only 3 skills points from normal cleric+human+10 Int is not really worth it.

Ill be taking Scribe Scroll and Quicken Spell, at 3 lvl Ill be taking DMM Quicken.
