For domains; Ocean domain grants water breathing, Storm domain grants some electrical resistance and has the spells needed to qualify for Stormcaster, Travel domain's freedom of movement ability would be handy if you fall overboard or have to fight in the water, Trickery domain gives you some piratey skills. For PrCs to work toward, Stormcaster (Stormwrack) and Storm Lord (Complete Divine) are both weather focused, which could be handy. Storm Lord is a lot better for clerics. But for the moment, with the low level, there isn't a lot of options. Straight human Cleric 4 is great. |

Spells are 'meh', but the ability to turn / control water creatures will be brutal. |

You add your Wisdom bonus to your attack roll and deal 1 extra point of damage per divine spellcaster level. Spells: 1 - Entangle 2 - Mark of the Outcast 3 - Control Water 4 - Rushing Waters 5 - Dehydrate 6 - Drown 7 - Contagious Fog 8 - Horrid Wilting 9 - Drown, Mass Blackwater Domain gives you Black Tentacles, among other fun things. |

| #9EndarireJun 07, 2009 20:45:15 | Watery Death is, somewhat oddly, from Underdark. |
