I'm running the cleric in a game and was hoping to maximize his front-line capabilities. Here he is so far:

Human NG Cleric 8/Ordained Champion 5 of Heironeous
HP: 136
Str 10, Dex 12, Con 18, Int 10, Wis 25, Cha 22
Saves: Fort +18, Reflex +9, Will +19
Feats: Weapon Focus (Longsword)*, Practiced Spellcaster (Cleric)*, Divine Ward, Somatic Weaponry, Touch of Healing, Holy Warrior, Improved Toughness*, Improved Initiative*, Diehard, Quicken Spell
(*= bonus feats)
Equipment: Amulet of Health +4/Periapt of Wisdom +4 (same item), Vest of Resistance +4, Ring of Mystic Healing, Ring of Protection +2, Armband of Maximized Healing (x2), Cloak of Charisma +6, Phylactery of Undead Turning, +2 Adamantine Full Plate, +3 Heavy Steel Shield, +3 Longsword

He also uses the PHB 2 Spontaneous Domain Casting variant since he'd lose his spontaneous cures upon going into Ordained Champion.

I run him as a fighter that can heal/buff from the front lines. On average I do more damage in melee with two attacks than the actual fighter in our group with four attacks. What I'm looking for is a prestige class that helps support that idea, preferably with full casting and turning progression. I realize that's not easily done. I'd really settle for any prestige class so long as it grants full spellcasting. If anyone could assist me I would be eternally greatful.

P.S. If haven't posted enough information about the character in question I'd be glad to provide more.

Because of your feats, you might qualify only for the following. Not sure as it depends on your skills
Contemplative Complete Divine
Ruathar Races of the Wild
Sacred exorcist Complete Divine
Visionary seeker Planar Handbook

I would normally recommend the Contemplative, but hp is a problem

Contemplative doesn't advance turning though, which is one thing he wanted.

As for full casting/turning PrCs: Bone Knight loses one level and you can only rebuke (even if you're good), Master of Shrouds continues rebuking (you must be any non-good to enter), Sacred Exorcist continues turning (and grants it if you don't have it), Master of Radiance from Libris Mortis continues this, Deadgrim from...Five Nations? continues it. Paragnostic Apostle or whichever one continues spellcasting also continues turning.

If you were a NG cleric of Pelor you would take the granddaddy of all turning classes: Radiant Servant of Pelor. Full turning, full spellcasting, become better at healing, buffing and turning and a better warrior. Basically this class is Cleric++ on steriods.

There's also Knight of the Raven in Expedition to Castle Ravenloft that grants 9/10 casting, Full BAB, a familiar type deal, turning, the sun domain and lots of anti-undead stuff.

In this case, I'd advise taking Knight of the Raven if you can get your hands on the book. If not...Sacred Exorcist is probably your best bet. Failing that, really any full casting class will work. Or, you know, have this one mysteriously die and his twin brother who is a cleric of Pelor show up.

Also, a note on your feats: Somatic Weaponry. Somatic Weaponry really isn't a useful feat at all since it's a free action to take your hand off your weapon and a free action to put it back on. See if you can't change that to Divine Vigor or something else. Divine Metamagic even, DMM(Quicken) is a powerful feat. DMM(Persist) is powerful but setting up for that is expensive.

I was going to comment on you having Diehard, but that's a bonus feat from Ordained Champion. So, unless you know someone that can preform the Abyssal Feat Shuffle and if your DM won't think Super-H won't mind, you're stuck with that.

Could you direct me to where this rule is?

actually if you are using a one handed weapon .... you can still cast spells with a Somantic Component...:

Somatic (S): A somatic component is a measured and precise movement of the hand. You must have at least one hand free to provide a somatic component.

it may be a free action to Drop a weapon ..... but its not to get it again.... although if you have Quickdraw.. you can draw a Different weapon as a Free action

here is where you can find info on Actions in Combat.... Dropping items, etc:

Hm. Maybe that's what I was thinking, free action to drop free action to draw with quick draw. I'm going to have to consult my sources again. Either way, you're using a longsword you have a free hand. Bucklers are really the only shield worthwhile unless you're going for a shieldbash build -- which you aren't -- or you're busy cowering behind a tower shield like some pansy.

EDIT: I found it. The link was in the Duskblade's handbook.

Adjacent Squares and Reach Weapons: ...Although the rules don't mention it, letting go of a two-handed weapon with one hand or putting a free hand back on the weapon is a free action for you.
