#1 bensan Apr 11, 2008 20:19:39	So I'm going to be playing this character in a WLD-like environment. I've got a general layout, but I'm not sure about the feats or (especially) spell selection. The environment is WLD-like in that there is no summoning, the dungeon will not be exited for a long time once it is entered, teleportation is restricted to line of sight, and there are likely to be long strings of encounters before there is a chance to rest. Divine Metamagic is not available; neither are ToB initiator mechanics or flaws. The character is beginning at level 3, and at this point it is too late for me to change the character's starting layout (but not her growth). All the prestige classes I am using have been approved for joining mid-dungeon by the DM, although others may or may not be. Cherry-picking domains is not possible; her deity's domains are Law, Good, War, Elf, and Protection (Vandria Gilmadrith from RotW). The "sort of" in the topic line refers to a peculiarity in this game: she's in sporadic magical communication with allies outside the dungeon, and if she falls in the dungeon another PC will have the opportunity to make his way there with a healing potion and join up. I would like to avoid this as long as possible, and everyone's fine with that. Present arrangement: Show Elven LG Cloistered Cleric 3 Str 13 Dex 17 Con 13 Int 13 Wis 17 Cha 14 Spontaneous Domain variant (UA, lose domain slot to spontaneously cast from domains) Domains: War, Elf, Knowledge Feats: Point Blank Shot (bonus), Weapon Focus: Longbow (bonus), Rapid Shot, Touch of Healing Equipment is mainly MW weapons and armor, with some Dragonsbreath arrows for special occasions. Noteworthy magical items are a Healing Belt, Everlasting Rations, and the good old "gray ioun stone with Continual Flame" lamp.

As I said, she is a cleric of Vandria Gilmadrith from Races Of The Wild. Also as I said, the DM has approved all the prestige classes I mentioned for this character already.

As I said, she is a cleric of Vandria Gilmadrith from Races Of The Wild. Also as I said, the DM has approved all the prestige classes I mentioned for this character already.
