My stats : 18 18 18 16 14 10 [ what a roll :D ]
What should i take ? [ Char lvl 9, gonna be a loooong party (maybe going to get lvl 18 / 20 aprox in the future) ]
My friends wants me to get dervish/sb/fighter... but, with thats stats, i thinking seriously on get a caster but i wanna get some ideas.

My party : Cleric lvl 9 / MoMF lvl 9 / warblade lvl 9 / and me.

Any recommendation ? [Flaws allowed]

Any book without Psions and Dragon Magazine.

You should make a Wizard. Your party needs an arcane caster.

Since they also need a skill/trapmonkey, you should make it a Rogue1/Wizard 5/Mindbender 1/Unseen Seer 2. Be a human and take Able Learning.

If you're already willing to give up a caster level (per the Rogue suggestion), you might consider Ultimate Magus from Complete Mage, coupled with Beguiler. You'd cover Trapmonkey and serious arcane power that way, and with those stats be able to have great scores in Intelligence (for skills and spellcasting), Dexterity (for ranged attacks and skills) and Constitution (for survivability). Definitely take Able Learner.

Cheers,

Pryor

Heck with those stats hit up the Ultimate Magus with Bard and Wizard, maybe a dash of Master specialist at conjuration.
Spellbreaker song (C. Mage)
Imediate Magic (PHB2)
Melodic Casting
tattoo focus maybe... if you like the conjuration damage spells
Chain spell (great for spreading the healing)
Extend spell
Sculpt spell
Widen spell *a great mix with sculpt spell*
Residual magic tactical feat
Metamagic Vigor tactical feat

Tons of other great things to grab that list is just a grab bag of ideas.

an Ultimate Magus isn't a skilmonkey. Unseen Seer has several good shticks, picks up Spontaneous Divination, and can run around hidden with Darkstalker.

10 STR, 18 DEX, 18 CON, 18 INT, 14 WIS, 16 CHA.

No where in this do I see a requirement of skill monkey, and who needs skills when you have loads of spells?

The party does, that's who. The Unseen Seer is a solid caster that can take care of the party's trapfinding and skillmonkeying needs, too.

True I see what you are saying now. I like what pryor suggested too.

You don't ever "need" skills. A Beguiler/Ultimate Magus can serve plenty well as a trapmonkey. The Cleric then gets to play face, the Ranger Survivalist, and the Warblade Acrobat.

Skills don't typically consume daily resources. While there are many spells that can duplicate or exceed the effects of skills, the fact that they don't consume resources adds to the "party stamina", making a solid investment of skills to be highly worthwhile.

True 22 over 7, but Ulti Mag gets a lot of spells per day and some of those could be used with your various metamagics to last all day.

If you want to cover some combat as well as casting, DEFINITELY Duskblade

If you want to cover rogue and casting, Beguiler

For just plain Arcane casting, Wizard ( Or for pure blasting fun, do an Evoker with Energy substitution and then go into Elemental Savant, using practiced spellcaster to cover lost caster levels )

If all else fails, just do whatever you feel is fun and powerful. Theres never anything wrong with playing what you enjoy.
