#1 rashida1983 Apr 23, 2008 10:13:52	in the last session i got an idea: if a cleric would cast a twinned Tsunami inside a Force Cage ( 3x3x3 cube of force, unbreakable ) what would happen ? is the pressure enough to light a new star ? tsunami produce 30000 cubic meters of water, twinned is 60000 edit: flashflood is the english name of the spell
#2 eepop Apr 23, 2008 10:23:17	I don't have the tsunami spell in front of me, but as I recall, most if not all conjuration spells fail if there is insufficient area to conjure the item.
#3 jameswilliamogle Apr 23, 2008 12:21:07	True, but suppose you capture an Ochre Jelly inside a Wall of Force then conjure a Persisted Thunderclap (or Blade Barrier) inside before escaping? Its not quite as quick, but probably just as fun :D. Do it on an area with a Lesser Vigor rune, so that the HP will always be greater than 0 for constant splitting . Heh, you could also have a Dragon Shaman in the center, w/ Immunity to Acid... that seems like the perfect power trip, being in the center of a birthplace of a star...

#5 the_mad_linguist Apr 23, 2008 13:39:40	I seem to recall seeing something like this on the TO boards a while ago. I think it was a sphere made of two walls of force filled to a ridiculous pressure with a decanter of endless water or something... The end result is if you dispel the bottom a lot of the water rushes out in the form of a cloud of steam, scalding whatever's below it. The change in phase and volume extracts a lot of heat from the system, so a huge chunk of ice lands after the steam hits.

#7 bauglir Apr 23, 2008 20:44:31	You'd get a large pile of neutronium, I'd imagine. Also some angry villagers, irate at the complete annihilation of the planet and somewhat annoyed with the radiation poisoning to their non-existent crop.

#9 maeglin_dubh Apr 23, 2008 21:24:17	The way I heard it was to make a Dome of Force, cover it in Sovereign Glue, let dry, repeat, then glue the two halves together leaving a gap for a Decanter of Endless Water. Open Decanter, insert Decanter, glue over gap. Wait for black hole to appear.

#11 rashida Apr 24, 2008 16:17:21	ok, so...it is impossible to use flashflood inside a cube of force simply because there is not enough space. but the cube could be filled with reduced jars filled with water, the mad mage could simply decide to end the reduce object ( not so sure this is the right name in english for that spell ) of all the jars ( or maybe all the mages at the same time, i think a lot of jars would be needed ) and let the end of the world begin ( ah ah ! ) :D
