And when it comes to mounted combat, I need:

I'm still waiting on my PHBII, is there anything that adds to this combo?
I believe having a "Valorous" weapon helps as well?

You have the core of it, sir. Valorous Weapon is a +1 effect, the weapon deals double dmg on a charge. Most builds that want to include MOunted Combat use a Longspear, which doubles as a Lance on a Charge.
To the first part, you'll probably want to take Combat Brute for the followup to any survivors in the area, although your best bet is simply to Charge, Charge, Charge, and kill them all. Just try to stay away from those set spears...they ouchie.
Heedless Charge if you have Orc Blood, anything which ups your Strength and Jump Skill, Powerful Charge, etc....plenty of ways to up your damage. You want Pounce, too, for the multiple attacks on a Charge, so plan on at least one level of Lion Totem Barbarian...

What book has powerful charge in it? A quick look up via web said PHB, but is this PHB 3.0, 3.5 does not have it. Thanks for all the help!

The only Powerful Charge feat I've seen was kind of crappy, only adding a couple of dice of damage. It was in the Eberron campaign book, I believe.

Yes and Yes. Leap Attack actually doubles all the FB stuff, instead of just adding another multiplier (as most D&D doubling does) because it says adds +100% of your power attack damage. This was even clarified in the FAQ.
A barbarian dedicated to the lion totem does not gain the

Ok, I"m just trying to double check the legality of how to combine leap attack and frenzied beserker. (below is the exact text) It seems to me that the FB PA bonus and LA both modify the original power attack feat, so using both would add +6 damage per -1 to attack. However, you seem to be saying that I would get +8 damage per -1 to attack? That would mean LA is doubling the Supreme Power Attack Feat, not the vanilla power attack.

Read the main 3.5 FAQ about Leap Attack and FB. I am 99% sure they directly addressed it, and said you get the crazy number (8:1, or whatever).
I have poured (I used adobe's word search function) over that FAQ and cannot find anything in there for FB or Leap Attack. The only stuff to go on I've found is the errata for the CA and CW.
Edit: LOL, I just got to page 2, and I see that you'd already found that thread. Good luck. I don't think you're going to get any clear answers on this.
