Can the Greyguard and Malconvoker stack? My buddy is arguing demons are outside the grey code, while I would say it comes under the cover of ends justifying means. Obviously, said demons would be employed in the pursuit of evil enemies, and not burning down charities and what not.

As a DM if one of my players wanted to do it, I'd go with.....

Pally - Yes
Grey Guard- No

Grey Guards are specifically allowed to do things that are against their code as long as it serves a greater good.
