I was hoping for some help with a new character in an upcoming epic campaign. All books are open, just no evil characters.

DM has said that character level is 21, can use xp to craft or for spells before game. He has also asked me to run a caster " I think the party is going to need a power house so make a spell slinging beast, if it's RAW it's in." We use standard point buy for stats.

I've spent many an hour pouring over the threads here and found the posts and discussions very enlightening.

I've gotten some things already past him, but it means taking in a 20th level character into an epic game.
Spent 10000gp and 10,000xp on gating in noble Djin to cast wishes and buff my stats.
Bought off a 2LA half fey template for 13,000xp.
He has allowed the sanctum cheese for early entry into MT and has allowed a swap out of the Druids heal skill for religion.
Also crafted two skill enhancement items +30 for 2160xp and 27,000gp each.
Purchased 5 Simularcum scrolls to use on self.

Character
Str 19
Dex 21
Con 19
Int 25
Wis 25
Cha 43

Druid 1/ Favored Soul 1/ Sorcerer 1/ Mystic Theurge 8/ Arcane Hierophant 9
So this is Druid CL 1 (wildshape10, 4 per day)(3/3), Favored Soul CL 18 ( 6/10/10/10/10/9/9/9/8/5), Sorcerer CL 18 (6/10/10/10/10/9/9/8/5) which comes to 178 spells per day. (Thats just 22 spells short of my HP total)

Feats
1: Sanctum, Heighten Spell
3: Chain Spell
6: Circle Magic
9: Natural Spell
12: Leadership
15: Landlord
18: Craft Wondorous Item

Plus class prof: Armor light, armor medium, simple weapons and shield.

Magic
Belt of Magnificence +6
Robes of Archmagi
Ring of Protection +5
Vest of reistance +5
Amulet of Natural Armor +5
Bracers of Armor +5
Cloak of reistance +5 (does this stack with the vest??)
Boots of striding and Springing
Gloves of Arrow Snaring
Cube of Force
Tome of Leadership +5 (bonus applied to stat)

Landlord feat will net (using some cheese form this site, much thanks to the one who wrote it) 266 shops generating 545,300gp a month. DM has said they are spread out over his world if I want to go with it. He also said money isn't going to help that much????? :worried: Then he said it's a good thing I have the Sil's because they will have to run the Biz empire as District Managers overseeing the Followers..

Main biggy skills are 60 in bookkeeper and 75 in Diplomacy with Items, moment of preseice and Vocie of Dragon can jack the Dipolmacy up to 103 or bookkeeper to 78.

I also have a 17th level cohort as yet undetermined.

So what can we do to make it better? What kind of cohort should I look for?

You seem to have it covered if you are going to use your cohort in game as a companion I would think some kind of fighter variant or maybe even a cleric rocking out the Persistent cheese. If using him to run the business I think artificer/warlock is the popular building template. With all the info you gave the hardcore guys will be along shortly and give you much better advice :D

Thanks

I was thinking about a cohort that also had the circle magic feat so I could increase my CL. Not sure what combo or single would be best tho.

Also he has the companion from the AH levels, no idea what to do with it either.
