Critique my build (gestalt)

Sorces allowed are:
Core (including sequels), Complete series, Races series, MIC, AEG, Spell Compendium, XPH, Savage Species.

Other rules
No evil
45 pb
55k for equipment
no evil

My idea for the build is:

Feral (LA+1) Half celestial (LA+4) Anthropomorphic African Elephant (3HD; LA+2)//Cleric 3/Church Inquisitor 6/Cleric+1

So I ask to the mighty optimizers on this board... Is this build legal? What do you think? Can it be improved?

Just two more things:
1) I am aware that the anthro-baleen/cachalot whale is much better, but the DM won't allow me to take it
2) I am set on the "kind" of character I want (a "melee" cleric)
3) I will NOT play a psionic character. I hate psionics

1) Half celestial is just a way to get a lot of goodies (high abilities, SLA, DR, SR, fly speed...)
2) High WIS is nice to have but not essential
3) I want a good divine tank. That usually means high STR and more than decent CON. WIS is nice, since it will expand my options from buffing only to buffin/debuffing/save-or suck.
I don't care about DEX. INT needs to be at least +1 to allow me to get all the skills I need for Church Inquisitor and Contemplative (after level 10).
CHA needs to be either +1 (to allow me to get 2 persisted spells) or down to -2

Wendigo Lesser Aasimar
Str +4, Dex +6, Con +4, Wis +4, Cha +6 (+4 LA). Throw on Feral, maybe Mineral Warrior, you have lots o' stats, without being an elephantoid beast.

You are, however, a badass Wendigo :D
