Crusader 2 for Thicket of Blades?

Feb 28, 2009 3:22:47		I've seen the following recommendation in a few places:
x8/Crusader2 with the following maneuvers:
1: Battle Leader's Charge, Defensive Rebuke, Foehammer, Mountain Hammer, White Raven Tactics + Bolstering Voice/Leading the Charge
2: Thicket of Blades

Question: Why wait til level 2 of Crusader? x8/Crusader1 is enough levels to grant level 3 maneuvers, so what's the purpose of waiting 2 levels?

Feb 28, 2009 3:43:13 		Thicket of blades is a lvl 3 stance and your first stance has to be a lvl 1 stance. At lvl 2 crusader you get another stance and now qualify for higher lvl ones (up to your max depending on initiator lvl).

Feb 28, 2009 8:07:57 		Plus, it only needs to be X6/Crusader2 (X6 for 3 IL, +2 Crusader for 5 IL).
