Crusader and Swordsage help

I'm trying to find information on how to build Lockdown Crusaders and general info on swordsages, but my google-fu isn't turning much up for this site, and all the links I saw in the FAQ don't seem to work. If someone could help me find any handbooks or resources so I can fiddle with the stuff, I'd really appreciate it.

There's several Lockdown builds in the thread in my link, you just have to scroll through and find them from where I've listed them by number at the top of the post.
