I figured that it will be easier to collect data using google docs rather than collecting them by hand. Please visit the following link:

docs.google.com/forms/d/14evDT6coDA-DM4b...

and enter the fighter feat that you consider to be the best.

I'm at a bit of a loss; there's quite a lot that could be considered "god tier" for the class as a whole, but probably only one (perhaps two) that could be considered universally applicable.

I registered my choice as Combat Reflexes (the second most 'fundamental' feat after Power Attack, which I think would get enough of a showing on its own; Combat Reflexes opens up a more interesting array of optimization choices than PA does, in my opinion), but there's a pretty decent shortlist of top-tier feats immediately following it that SHOULD get mentioned, but won't if you're restricting this to a single choice.

For example, Stormguard Warrior is an outstanding feat for a lot of AoO tanks, but pretty mediocre outside of that except for the Avalanche Rhythm trick. Becuase AoO tanks all require Combat Reflexes, and other feats (Stand Still, Improved Trip, Robilar's Gambit, etc.) would come to mind for most of those first, it's unlikely that Stormguard will get mentioned in this context. And so on and so forth for other staple feats.

Combat Reflexes is interesting since you bring it up, as it's required FOR many of the other feats you mention to work, or work well. Thus the same thing with Power Attack, you could say any number of charge feats, but for the most part they don't work, or don't work well without first having Power Attack.

Hello Tempest :D It's been a while.

I understand the issue you're having, because it bothers me, too. I assure you that the gallop results are not going to be put into a guide-format as is.

By the way, it's not mentioned, but there's nothing stopping you from registering more than one choice (and many people have already done so).
