Darkstalker vs. Touchsight

OK, we've all been through the Darkstalker vs. Mindsight, and Mind Blank vs. Mindsight thing. No need to go back there.

I'm just wondering if the psionic power, Touchsight, will RAW detect Darkstalkers.

It seems unclear to me.

There goes my credibility. I suppose it'll be another four years before it comes back.
