A simple question, the Death Attack Class Ability of the Assassin stack with Death Attack Class Ability of the Prestige Class "Substitution Killer" (Dragon Magazine#312) or Black Flame Zelot or else in order to calculate the DC against Death?
Are there any Official clarification about that?

Assassin caster level = 18
With the spell Deathsight and a Metamagic Rod (Quicken), you can complete 3 rounds of study as a swift action! And since hiding is part of a move action, you can Death Attack somebody in only one round: Deathsight [swift], move+hide [move], kill [standard]. Thanks to your Hide in Plain Sight (twice, even) you can hide right under your enemy's nose as long as you're not in daylight or are within 10 feet of a shadow (oh hey, most enemies cast shadows!).
Also you would want to polymorph into a Marruspawn for Marruspawn get a death attack that is ex and is a special attack. Thus you use this ability to stack all your death attacks onto.

Black Flame Zealot's Death Attack says it stacks with Assassin levels to determine the DC. Let us also assume that Uncanny Trickster levels were used to increase the character's effective Assassin level, and that bloodlines increase UT's "+1 level of class abilities" for level-dependent calculations. With an Assassin's Dagger (or Assassin's Kukri, perhaps), the character's Death Attack DC should be as follows:
10 (base) + 13 (Int mod) + 13 (Assassin) + 4 (Black Flame Zealot) + 3 (Uncanny Trickster) + 2 (Ability Focus) +2 (Bracers of Murder) + 1 (Assassin's Dagger) = DC 48 (50 if Sudden Ability Focus is expended)
Also, with the addition of Practiced Spellcaster, our Assassin friend manages a Caster Level of 20 (13 Assassin + 3 UT + 4 PS)
DC is 10+ 2*Deathstalker lvl+ Charisma modifier
