My last animal companion was a riding dog. But with animal growth and bite of the werebear and what have you, it was a little too powerful. He was a total engine of destruction; I highly recommend dogs. So, I awakened him and let him go. But now, I wanted to get a companion that I thought was cool. Like a dire toad. I just like the idea. But I don't want my little friend to die right away and I want him to still be useful. Any ideas? Thanks! |

And it would be great to get it's grapple high enough to swallow enemies whole. I like the thought of that. Now I wish I was a halfling so I could ride him around too. Thanks! |
