Divine Disciple and transcendence

When a Divine Disciple (Player's guide to Faerûn) reach level 5 she transcends into an outsider with native subtype (must eat, sleep can be resurected). She also gains an alignment subtype, in my case Lawful.

Where I am totally bugged is at this part:
" ... grants her immunity to any spell or effect that does not affect outsiders..."
What are those spells and effects? Can they be found somewhere or do I have to go through every spells in the player's book and dress myself a list? I checked the Monster Manual 3.5 at page 313 for info on outsider and lawful subtypes but found no immunity list nor even a single "immune to charm and illusions spells and effect" line.

But, the outsider template was saying that outsiders have 8-sided HD, good Fort/ref/wis resistances, base attack like a fighter... does those things become true for a transcendent Divine Disciple since she: "... shed her mortal form and becomes an outsider with the native subtype".

You bet I am having a very hard time coming up with a crystal clear template for my DD. Can anyone help please? so far the only things I am totally sure of is:

- darkvision 60'
- lawful subtype (am LG)
- immunity to some spells and effects (but which ones?).

thanks a lot.

You get Darkvision, Alignment Subtype and the Outsider Type.

Charm Person, Dominate Person, Enlarge Person, Reduce Person and the like don't work on you anymore (look at the Target entry for spells to see if they affect you).
