Parameters are 32 PB, no flaws, starting gold equal to that in the DMG. Books are Core, PHB2, SPC, Races and Completes; no others allowed. Party has a tank, arcane, skillmonkey and divine.

After toying with the idea of building a Pixie, I decided on a cleric (as usual).

Here's what I got so far:

Human
Str8
Dex8
Con14
Int8
Wis19
Cha16

Cleric 3/Church Inquisitor 3
Planning and Undeath domains (Inquisition free)

Feats:
Extend
Persist
DMM Persist
Extra Turning x2
???

Full plate
Metamagic Rod of Extend, Lesser

So thats what I have so far. I'm thinking about subbing one level of CI for Ordained Champion to turn in Inquisition domain for a feat, but then I'd have to worship Heironious and get Longsword Proficiency, which wont do me any good since I persist Ice Axe (I dont think the DM will buy the whole 'he used to weild axes' bit). Not to mention losing spell levels would hurt this early on, since I'm so close to 4th level spells.

Also, choosing spells to persist. So far, I like Ice Axe, Favorable Sacrifice and either Balors Nimbus or Corona of Cold. However, 1000 gold is a lot to pay every 48 hours. Any other options out there?

Thanks in advanced.

Lesser Mass Vigor should take care of your party quite nicely.

What's your goal with this character? The extraordinarily low Str doesn't scream melee at me...

DM is bouncing back and forth about Vigor. After much debate, I was told he'd think about it; this means I have to look for another spell.

To the other guy, strength isn't important when I do melee touch attacks for 2d12. When I reach 7, I get more spells to boost strength. I don't need it.

DMM Persist Mass Lesser Vigor is actually one of the weakest spells you can persist. It merely cancels out of combat healing.

If your DM veto's that, you need a new concept because odds are he'll veto just about anything useful that you try to DMM Persist.

I'd switch to DMM quicken if you still want the DMM route... Just my 2 cents.

Try these stats:

middle aged human, 32 pb:
11 -1 == 10
10 -1 == 9
15 -1 == 14
9 +1 == 10
17 +1 == 19 (includes +1 from levels)
13 +1 == 14

So all it does is remove the need for any other healing for the price of a single spell slot and two nightsticks? If four character have that active, it already gives 2400 points of free healing per hour.

You're still working off night sticks stacking. If that's not the case, it becomes a lot harder. And yeah, then you have to factor in the time it takes to heal that. Some games (re: dungeon crawls) don't have all the time to sit around and do that. It also doesn't help In Combat healing, which, considering a lot of uninformed view points on clerics (re: healbots), is an important point. I'm aware of how much it can heal out of combat, but it's still nowhere near the power of DMM Persist anything worth a damn. :D
