"strike of the faithful" (x2 standard smite damage vs undead) from solstice knight dragon magazine #338 pg95
and

"charging smite" (2x paladin level damage) from ph2 pg53

In theory you could also stack either Battle Jump or Headlong Rush with those as well (you'd be taking either LA or a Charisma hit to get that though). A Valorous weapon would stack too!
