What you get out of Character Optimization is based off of what you put in. That's not a lot to go on.

By "Domain Feat" I have no idea what you're talking about. You might be referring to Travel Devotion - if so, just say so. And to the best of my knowledge, yes, you can take the devotion feats without the corresponding domain. I'm away from my books, though, and generally don't have a high opinion of the balance of the stuff in Complete Cheeseball Champion, so I can't be certain.

For suggestions, Greater Manyshot is the usual approach, since it lets you do a "full attack" as a standard action where each arrow benefits from Skirmish. It's not as good as Travel Devotion unless you need your swift action (or you have a way of getting an extra standard action), though it is an alternative if your DM kiboshes that feat. You'll have the feats for it as a fighter.

Get a magic bow.

Any house rules to this game, and feats you have so far or plan to take, what level are you? Any specific setting? How about books?

More info you give more you get back.

You're still not putting in much effort... Not even enough to proofread (twice, now: it's not Travel DOMAIN (a cleric class feature), it's Travel DEVOTION (a specific feat in Complete Cheeseball, which I'm surprised your DM will allow instead of the Tome of Battle)).

From the CO board FAQ:
Help me threads are where you ask for advice or help on your character.  You may ask how to make the best archer or ask advice on whether or not to take a certain prestige class.  Or basically ask for any kind of help.

Etiquette:  First off it can be very rude to simply demand that someone make you a character.  Additionally since there are so many ways to make a character it is best if you supply what you were thinking about in the first place and let people give you ideas from there.  And finally there is no such thing as a free lunch, so you need to put in some work yourself.

So instead of saying “Min/Max Me a Cleric”.  Instead say “Could I have help min/maxing the character I include below.  I really want to have the destruction domain, any suggestions for maximizing that aspect?”  I think you will find that the more effort you put in yourself, the more help you will get.

To clarify a possible point of confusion here:

The feat is one of a type of feats called "domain" feats, which provide domain-related benefits.  However, the name of the specific feat in question is "Travel Devotion".  All of the domain feats are named "X Devotion", where X is the name of the domain with which they're associated.

It is the travel domain feat in the sense that it's the domain feat for the Travel domain, but it's name is Travel Devotion, which is the best way to refer to it unambiguously (you can also mention that it's the domain feat for the Travel domain if you feel that people might not be too familiar with domain feats).

Thats enough info that I can give some pointers. More is better. Big note is that I really don't play much pathfinder. Full disclosure, I have read most of the rule books and made 1 PC for a level 12 (IIRC) game. I didn't get to play the game because of time constraints. Good friends of mine own the rulebooks, and I own the main one. So I am loosely familiar but not enough to quote off the top of my head.

Did you roll stats or use point buy? If PB, drop some of the 13's to 12's and try to get a 14 in str. Drop the charisma to 10 (or lower) if allowed.  Assuming composite bows work like 3.5, having a decent str can help your damage. In general even ability scores are a lot better than odd.

Fighter Archers are pretty solid, and adding in scout makes them even more so. Here are my recomendations.

Feats -

Wild Cohort -  Having a mount for an archer is awesome. It goes faster than most PCs, and more importantly. Pretty early it can fly. A flying archer at 100ft range is a pain for pretty much anything but a spellcaster. And even then, you might be able to harass them some. Natural Bond makes this straight up druid companion (A class feature that is half-jokingly refered to as better than entire classes)

Woodland Archer - Badass archer feat. Its seriously good, and in races of the wild. It gives a +4 cumulative bonus for each previous attack that missed. The general archer tactic is to fire loads of arrows into something, making 5-6 + attacks a round. This helps with rolling badly on your good only shot of hitting attack. The second becomes almost as good.

I prefer the rapid shot line to the manyshot line. You get the benefits a lot sooner. Level 1 or 2 for many PCs.

Weapons -  get a +X splitting force bow. Splitting is super broken and in some obscure FR book that you could google to find. When you make an attack at a dude, make 2 attacks at him. Essentially double attacks (But again every other shot has to target the same dude as the previous one)
