Well, just at a glance, Quicken Spell-Like Ability will work just fine, but it will only function on the 1/day Dimension Door you get from the Shadow-Walker template.

It won't do anything for Dimension Doors cast from your Assassin spells.

Without looking it up, I will comment.

If Shadow-Walker gives the person a Dimensional Door (Sp) ability, then Quicken SLA Dimensional Door will work on it a number of times a day.
Each use drains daily uses (if any) of the Shadow-Walker ability.

Casted spells of Dimensional Door are unaffected by this.

That's exactly what I said.

I'm pretty sure they get more uses per day of this at higher levels.

Yeah, I didn't read very carefully while making my first post.

1/day at level 3
2/day at level 7
3/day at level 15

Quicken SLA is also 3/day~

I was aware I was in agreement with your post when I posted my post.

Call it "validation", should I have indicated I agreed with you instead?

Yes you can use it. But only after Caster Level 16 for Dimension Door.

You only get 3 uses per day from the Shadow Walker template, all of which can be quickened with the feat.

Please correct me if there has been some update or errata to the spell, but it states in the PHB description "After using this spell, you cannot takes any other actions until your next turn."

Doesn't this make it an extremely limited power to quicken? I mean... you can't dim door next to a target and attack it, for example...

Who says you don't move, standard action, then quicken DD?

Still sounds bad, since you can't use any immediate actions during the next turn, and most arcane spellcasters have something they should be casting with their immediate action...

Check out Telflammar Shadowlord's Shadow Pounce ability.

Well, you can still do a Swift on your next turn, though being "dazed" until your next turn sucks.

I wouldn't really consider an assassin much of an arcane spellcaster. And yeah, getting a second full attack in makes up for whatever he loses in spellcasting ability...
