Dragon Compendium bloodlines

I recently acquired The Dragon Compendium; a veritable best-of of Dragon Magazine (sadly lacking the green whistler). Some of it's contents are quite odd-jester base class anyone? But some of the things in it are fairly enticing- in this case, the bloodline feats. These are similar to the feats from the complete arcane and PHB II but more uniform, and they seem more powerful.

As it stands, each grants you a bonus spell known from each level- awesome; with the caveat that it is from the list provided (one per level) AND you cannot cast spells with a certain descriptor ex: If you choose the water bloodline you cannot cast fire spells.

Now, the book put no restrictions on how many bloodlines you can take, but practicality does. Certain bloodline cancel each other out (celestial-infernal, air-earth etc...) and some have overlap (several have dominate monster for example). I would like to know what combinations would be the best to use- I doubt more than four is viable, and most DM's wouldn't be too happy about it either. I was think draconic as a base- as you can choose the banned spells (you're literally allowed to choose the theme).

Any opinions?

Jester and the other base classes in the book are rebuilds from previous Dragon Compendiums. I had a friend that played a 2nd ed jester, and that's almost identical to it (using bard as a base).

Necromantic Bloodline is nice, but only because you aren't casting healing spells as a sorcerer all that often.

Beyond that, they are updated in the Pathfinder core book. I haven't really played around with them much beyond theory.

Penumbra Bloodline seems best to me.
