dragonfire adept Build advice?

10 str
11 dex
17 con
16 int
14 wis
16 cha

Feats
Lvl 1 Entangling exhalation
Flaw 1 dragonwrought
Flaw 2 ???

Probably planning to stick mostly single class. I read the handbook, but am having a hard time on the last feat/ which direction to take the build.

Any opinions?

I know Dragonwrought doesn't suffer penalties do to age, but how are you managing a 17 Con at lvl 1?

It was my understanding you still used the base Kobold racial traits adjustments. +2 Dex, -4 Str, -2 Con
