| #3jenosDec 27, 2008 19:15:54 | Draconic Power is a useful feat, 1 CL is pretty handy. I assume that since you have draconic reservoir you do the greater rite of passage? Also, why War Domain? There are a lot better domains out there, some even giving smite abilities. |

A Dragonwrought Kobold Sorcerer with Draconic Reservoir, of course it's taking the Greater Rite of Passage cheese, as well as the Venerable stats. As for the War Domain, the ability is okay nothing great, but the main attraction was Divine Power and it's capacity. I had Orc Domain (yes, very random) for the same reson and it's smite ability, until I learned that the Smite did not even utilize CHA and only shared similarities with the Paladin (or prefered Crusader) in name. And sense it was getting late, I stopped looking for some smite so I could sleep. I will gladly give up War Domain for a Domain that grants (legit) Smite Attacks. I just need to find such domains. |

| #6tc_x0_lt_0xDec 28, 2008 21:04:46 | Err Destruction Domain? While Techniclly a smite attack, it is not the same as a Crusader or Paladin's Smite. You know, the ones that utilize CHA? |
| #7jenosDec 28, 2008 22:23:11 | I don't there exists a blanket smite anything, add cha to damage, ability from a domain. There exists Smite , which does make use of your charisma. On that note, do you know if you can take planar domains from your domain access ACF? Would be cool, as you get 2 spell choices instead of 1, and the powers are better. And the only thing the PLH says about them is that it counts for both of the clerics choices, not that a planar domain is counted as two domains for anything in regards to domains. If your DM says that draconic power gives you both spells known/per day as a regular caster level, its well worth a feat slot. |
