Shadow Creature Lesser Drow Warblade 5 / Dread Fang of Lolth 10 / Iaijutsu Master 5 Feats: Craven, Exotic Weapon Proficiency (gnome quickblade), Improved Initiative, Mage Slayer, Martial Stance (Assassin's Stance), Martial Study (Cloak of Deception), Quick Draw, Skill Focus (Iaijutsu Focus), Weapon Focus (katana) Stats: CHA > DEX > INT > CON > STR > WIS B.A.B.: 20 Base Fort: 4 + 1 + 7 = 12 Base Reflex: 1 + 4 + 3 = 8 Base Will: 1 + 1 + 3 + 1 = 6 +2 luck bonus vs all, +4 racial bonus vs spells/SLA, -2 penalty vs fear HD: 5D12 + 5D10 + 10D8 Skill points: 92+23*INTMOD, -17 for cross-class skills Useful magic items: Aptitude Deadly Precision Speed gnome quickrazor, Toxic Warning bastard sword, Belt of Battle, Rogue's Vest, Bracers of Murder, Gloves of the Balanced Hand, Dexterity and Charisma boosting items The Shadow Creature template and Assassin's Stance let you meet the prerequisites for Dread Fang of Lolth without losing any B.A.B., which is necessary if you want to enter the class with only 5 HD. The build also requires the use of the LA buyoff rule to fit both Ambush and Strike from the Void in 20 levels. You have the Ambush ability, total concealment anywhere except in full daylight, Sudden Leap, an initiative count of 30-50, and a Belt of Battle. That means that you should be able to make three full attacks, each attack doing an extra ~17D6+100 damage, before anyone has time to react. The 5 levels of Warblade also let you pick up White Raven Tactics, which lets your heaviest hitter join in the fun, at the expense of your first full attack. |

I still think you are wrong about this, as the feat uses "your levels in martial adept classes (if any) + 1/2 your levels in other classes." The prestige classes are similarly free of the limited selection of disciplines typically faced by the base classes. The Tome of Battle Q&A thread supports my reading, as shown by posts 94 and 95. |

Looks like this feat is a lot better than I first thought, then ^^ Sorry, you were right all the time. |
