!!Critique and Suggestions welcome!!

I'm trying to make a nice druid build and have some questions.

A)Is there a way to get a second Animal Companion class feature after loseing the first? (To be able to gain the Shapeshifter class features in place of Wild Shape)

B)Is it possable to swap out spell casting for fighter feats?

C)Would Feral be worth it?

D)Would Vow of Poverty be worth while (Mabey with use of a Flaw)

My build as it stands is as follows:

Dragonborn Halfling

Substitutions
A)Substituted Armor/Shield for Monk AC/Movement via Unearthed Arcane

B)Substituted Animal Companion/Spontaneous Casting/Wild empathy at -4 for Barbarian Fast Movement and Rage via Unearthed Arcana

C)Substituted Rage for Favoured Enemy/Archery Combat Style via Unearthed Arcana

D)Substitute Barbarian Fast Movement for Lion Totem: Pounce via Complete Champion

F)Substituted Combat Styles for Wild Shape and Barbarian Fast Movement via Unearthed Arcana

Why a variant Druid? No for Feral and Vow of poverty.

Also, wait 24 hours before bumping.

Wow, thats a lot of substitutions, almost boardering on abusive. If you DM allows it, probably good. Don't give up spellcasting for feats. Thats a bad idea. Lots of spells you gain further enhance your ability to maul faces, moreso than feats would.

Im going for more of a Woodland Assassin, and Im geting rid of the things I don't particularilly like about the Druid.

Will be more pacient with my bump next time.

Use a Spell-less Wildshape Ranger/MoMF, then.

I was looking at for something like the Complete champion feat sub for Rangers, but for full casting. At which point I could use that to sub for sneak attack damage.
