Ok well I was wondering if someone could help me come up with a good 6th lvl nature character that is strongest when she uses a quarterstaff.

Books Allowed:
All Completes, All Races of, All Eberron books, DMG 1&2, PHB 1&2, Minature's Guide, BoED.

We want some way of using a Large sized quarterstaff by default. Powerful Build works for that, right?

I'm not sure if it is legal but a goliath druidic avenger with the mountain rage acf seems like a decent start. Add a lvl of monk to get flurry of blows and you'll do some serious damage. If lvl adjustment buyback is allowed you can start as monk1/druid5. Take extra rage and you'll be able to rage 3 times a day (4 times next druid lvl).

Ah, but you can with an artificer. Now you get all spells(cast from items) and weapon augmentation(bane). Picking up two weapon fighting is nice for artificers and you definately want attune magic weapon.

Nature theme-ing it wouldn't be hard. Just craft everything out of wood and recyclables. If you need the druid class features pick out items and races that will allow you to imitate them.

You can also cast Shillelagh and Greater Mighty Wallop with an Arcane Heirophant or other 'combo' class. Or just by taking enough UMD ranks to hit the DC for activating a wand. GMW is crazy broken awesome-sauce. If you can get away with using it, you absolutely should.

except that wallop very probably does not stack with shillelagh.
* Mighty wallop increases the damage of a bludgeoning melee weapon by one size category without increasing the dimensions or weight of the weapon.
* Shillelagh deals damage as if club/quarterstaff were two size categories larger

that said, spell compendium has these staff-based druid spells:
* brambles (2), spikes (3), entangling staff (3)

http://www.d20srd.org/srd/spells/shillelagh.htm

There's nothing in the text indicating that it's potential size category is capped nor stating that it doesn't stack with other (virtual or real) size increasing magics.

I am AFB at the moment, but the only 'cap' I remember from GREATER mighty wallop is that it cannot be used to increase something past (effectively) colossal size.

The FAQ says in a number of places that players get to choose the order of things like this to take advantage of stacking rules. So there's no reason a full caster GMW on a small sized staff + Shillelagh wouldn't take the damage up to that of a staff two categories larger than colossal.
