Can anyone suggest a build for a level 11 monk/drunken master?

Either post it or a link please, everything I find tries to use 3 or more classes, and I'm just looking for Monk/Drunken Master build not swordsage/monk/drunken master not barbarian/fighter/drunken master.

Also my race isn't set in stone but i was thinking dwarf or human.

Anything that can be shown in a 3.5 book is viable, no homebrew.

Thank you in advance.

The reason we suggest something other than monk / drunken master is because both the monk and the drunken master aren't good at all at what they're supposed to do, and in many cases work against what you want them to do. Typically using something like swordsage is an attempt at damage control (i.e. if you can use strikes, your crazy improvised weapons actually become useful (you can deliver a strike just as easily with a bench as with a punch) instead of pure comic relief).

The best I've seen anyone use the Drunken Master for at all can be found in this Iron Chef thread.

What is your focus going to be? Monks are terrible mostly because they are spread really thin. If you focus on one thing you might be able to hold your own.  Ill also reiterate that a monk/drunken master is a terrible idea.

Anyway here is my build suggestion. Maximizing Drunken Master levels. Monk 5/Drunk Master 6

Feats

1 - Great Fortitude

M1 - Stunning Fist

M2 - Combat Reflexes

3 - dodge

6 -

9 -

Stats - Con > Str > Dex > Wis > Cha > Int

Race - Artic Dwarf - Unearthed Arcana

Jesus... I can't do it. This class basically gives nothing after second level ontop of also being monk. Here...

Barbarian 1/Fighter 2/Rogue 2/Drunk Master 1/Fist of the Forest 3/Deepwarden 2

Take improved and superior unarmed strike if you really want to be unarmed, but I'd recomend a greatsword.

Feats

1 - Great Fortitude

F1 - improved unarmed strike

F2 - superior unarmed strike

3 - dodge

6 - power attack

9 - endurance

12 - Extra Rage

Enjoy. You run around unarmored, punching people. You can drink a ton, and boost your stats that way. You can also boost them when you get angry and drunk. Do both for some fun. Oh, you also get Con to AC twice, and will have insane fort saves, along with a 40ft move speed. And you get to be a crazy drunk homeless dude. Your class explicitely mandates it, so you can tell your party who is annoyed that its just good roleplaying. (Or you could not be annoying, but that isn't what I picked up from the build request)

If you really want, here is the monks handbook. Try to take ideas from that. http://www.minmaxboards.com/index.php?topic=2902.0

My focus is going to be combat focused/flurry of blows. I was looking into Tattooed Monk in order to get the crane tattoo so I can be Venerable so i can have lower int and wis from the the start so i can spend my point buy instead on str and con.

Not to discourage you too much, but you'll have some real problems with that route, since monks and DMs are generally rather poor at combat.

That's why I linked to the Iron Chef threads; those really are the best I know of that make substantial use of Drunken Master. Chieftain Nini or Uthunan are probably the closest to what you'd like, since both rely on straightforward combat instead of maneuvers or powers, and take most or all of the levels of Drunken Master. (Nini uses Shou Disciple instead of pure Monk (it can be thought of as a single class that's a monk/fighter hybrid; the Divine Champion is more well-known and was the same sort of thing for fighter/paladin. Uthunan may need to lose his admittedly-hilariously-clever curse to see play, which alters his style a bit, but he's still workable without it - at least until Freedom of Movement comes online.)

If nothing else they'll give you ideas.

I've decided to go with the Chieftan Nini build may tweak it slightly though.

Thanks for responding everyone.

Why rogue =

Skills, and also evasion. You could do ranger too if you wanted BAB, but rogue is always fun.

One of the better "Monk" ideas I've come up with that doesn't get into ToB is to use Monk, Scout and Ranger and take Ascetic Hunter and Swift Hunter. Ranger levels do all the heavy lifting of course meaning you get almost full Unarmed Progresion (A Monk's Belt closes the gap), close enough to full Skirmish (+5d6/+4), and Favored Enemy progression (4 of a possible 5 isn't bad). The most important little bit of awesome this build gets though is access to the Ranger spell list, this includes Lion's Pounce among other gems.

Looks something like this to start if your favored class is Ranger,

Scout, Scout, Monk, Monk, Monk, Scout, Ranger, Scout... Ranger

In this case Swift Hunter comes online at 8, Ascetic Hunter at 9

If your favored class is Any it looks like this instead

Scout, Scout, Ranger, Ranger, Monk, Monk, Monk, Scout, Scout... Ranger

In this case Ascetic Hunter comes online at 6, Swift Hunter at 9

Of course if your game, like so many sensible ones doesn't use the Favored Class limitations don't worry about that shinanigans that much. The only thing that matters is that Scout 4 is taken after Ranger 1 (so you can get Swift Hunter as a Scout Bonus feat).

You`ll get good mileage out feats like of Snap Kick and Robilar's Gambit for adding more attacks.

Favored Enemy selection's key with a Swift Hunter, personally my favorites are in order Mage Slayer Sub Feature, Undead, Outsider (Evil), and Magical Beast. Mage Slayer gets a LOT of dragons, and many other creatures on the "casts arcane spells" front, let alone NPC casters. If your game is heavy on Psi using NPC's then Humanoid (Psionic) is a nice choice as well (probably 2nd or third slot, bumping the others).
