Hey,

I'm interested in making a dungeon crasher warforged juggernaut. How would you guys rate this character or improve him.

I have to take power attack and improved bullrush to get juggernaut, after which I get armor spikes that do 1d6 damage on a hit with my body, expert bullrush which allows me to add class level to str checks for bullrushing, powerful charge which lets me do 1d8 on a successful str hit and finally reserved which gives me -2 to cha based skills (need all of the above feats).

For the remainder of my feats I take leap attack and shock trooper. Shock Trooper (Tactical Feat): Let you use 3 maneuvers:
1. Directed Bull Rush: When bullrushing (as part of a charge I believe) for every square you move your opponent back you can ALSO move him one square to the left or right (must go backwards first).

2. Domino Bull Rush: When bullrushing you can bullrush one opponent into a square occupied by another and get a free trip attack against both.

3. Heedless Charge (the part in question here): Using your power attack feat (a 1 for 1 exchange of BAB to damage (when using a one handed weapon in one hand)) you can transfer the penalty from your BAB to your AC instead

I'm then thinking after the 5 levels of juggernaut, I'll take war hulk. Currently I have a +16 on my str check to bullrush and will do 1d6+1d8+ 8d6 x3str mod if they get smashed into a wall or solid object. Level 7.

Any suggestions for the future?

From what I've seen, this character can get pretty rough especially with the war hulk later on, but if there is a better option, I'm willing to hear it and especially critique currently.

You've got to qualify for War Hulk somehow ... size increase?

Otherwise, yes ... that thing can be a beast.

Leap Attack can be spiffy too.

I would suggest Driving Attack and Shocking Fist. On a charge (Heedless Charge even) and a maxed Shocking Fist, you can get an enormous modifier on your Bull Rush check. This is actually the concept for a warforged fighter of mine.

With those huge modifiers and Directed Bull Rush, you may have an easier time making sure the enemy hits a wall or something for Dungeoncrasher.

I'm playing an Iron Kingdoms campaign and there is a way to increase my size if I take a specific feat that allows me to constantly wear a full suit of steam armor. It would bring me from medium to large without penalty on anything else I have.

We currently have some pretty powerful characters, snipers with four barrel guns that do 4d6 damage and can shoot all barrels at once or separate with a 4x crit mod.

I'm hoping to get this guy strong enough to keep up in the future, although right now nothing can resist my bull rush, but their crits are pretty strong. Looking for some items to help my guy, anyone know a weapon I could use, starting at medium size?

If you have the space ...

BArb 1 for lion totem pounce
Big 2-h weapon
TWF + armor spikes

Three things that combine very well for what you want:
1) Bounding Assault strike from Bo9S lets you double move and attack at the end as a charge with all feats and abilities that apply. A few levels of warblade gets this fairly easily.
2) Flight will do many good things: dive attack for double damage and you can bull rush them into the ground. Dragonborn will do this for you.
3) Knockback feat to attack and bull rush. Needs large size.

To have a Large warforged you could be a warforged charger (MM3) or use expansion either as a psychic warrior or from tattoos.

So I was thinking, what spells would be good to put on an item that makes a wall behind someone a distance away from me as a free action?

I could simply activate the device and bullrush right there.
