Dweomerkeeper: Ice Assassin

Hi guys, I was wondering if there is any way for a Dweomerkeeper to cast Ice Assassin as a Supernatural Spell?

The Supernatural Spell ability, states that only spells with a casting time of up to 1 standard action can be cast as a Supernatural Spell, so is there a way to reduce Ice Assassin's Casting Time to 1 stand action?

Use wish. Not to duplicate the spell, but to create a scroll of ice assassin. Then use the scroll.

DM's in my experience tend to use wish as an excuse to screw PC's over* :\

What if I used a Shadow Illusion to create a 100% quasireal Illusion "Miracle" and used that to make a scroll of Ice Assassin?

A) Would that work?
B) would the Ice Assassins be real, or illusions? (I know they are already illusions over snow, but would the snow now be real or just an illusion?) I'm confused?

*EDIT: I understand that creating a magic item is well within the realms of what wish allows, and shouldn't give the DM the oppertunity to mess with me, but that has not always been my experience. I will definetly have wish on my list for Supernatural Spells, but if there is a way to do this without my DM just trying to twist it and make the Ice Assassins try to kill me, or something stupid like that, then that would be awesome.

1) If your DM attempts to screw you over while using one of the "wish doesn't screw you over when you use one of these" options, then stare at him silently until he stops being an utter ass who breaks the rules just to be an ass.*

 

2) While theoretically possible, shadow miracles are in a different class than using wish to make a magic item. The former is derived; the latter, explicit.

 

 

 

 

*Not that any game in which ice assassin exists at all is a game that can function. And the item creation function of wish should really be scrapped for the children's sake. Think of the children.

LOL.

Oddly enough, even whilst playing absurdly abuseable Characters, I manage to maintain a certain level of restraint so that the game doesn't break (though it is nice knowing that you've got "win" tucked away in your back pocket :P ).
