Easiest way to kill with 'poison' spell...

While looking through some old notes i found some quick scribblings for an idea, kill things with the liberal use of the poison spell in combat. 3rd level druid / 4th level clerical spell that does 1d10 con damage as the initial effect. For some reason at the time i apparently was trying to figure out a way to combine this with the incarnate construct template from Savage Species. Obviously with the -2 LA resulting from said template i'm trying to find the construct with the highest Strength and natural armor possible, but with 2 or less HD (thus allowing me to use its first class level as its initial starting hp etc like normal races). So far this doesn't look like its going to work.

so...........

If anyone could figure this out i'd be grateful; if this does indeed prove to be utterly useless then i propose option B:

Create, Modify, or Find a creature who already has the 'poison' spell as an @ will SLA that has CL based on character level. Obviously there aren't many of these so if i were to create said critter i'm wondering how i'd do it.

* one @ will 3rd level spell
* CL based on character level
* +3 LA at MOST with absolutely NO racial hd what so ever (if created)

An the rest doesn't really matter i suppose as stat penalties etc can be worked around.

Please, all are welcome to help!

Hmm. Your best bet is probably some sort of a woodling or fey template. Half-fiends get poison, but only as a 3/day deal.

Be sure to check that your targets aren't immune to poison. Man, that was an embarrassing session with a cloudkill and a high-level druid, monk and a full fiend-blood....

It may be of interest that I recall a Warforged abusing Psionic Minor Creation (Black Lotus Extract?) with copious grappling.
