Mar 16, 2008 5:04:31 So what could someone do with an ECL 6 max character, no PrCs, and unlimited feats? I'm not even sure where to begin to wrap my head around.

Level 6 wizard with 10 bajillion Toughness feats. There goes one of the wizard's biggest weaknesses.

Granted, this build is going to start low levels, work up to 6, then get a free bonus feat every so often. So I'd want to make it somewhat more than just infinite HP. =P

That would explain why everyone's posting on so late at night. I'm living in Pearl Harbor, though about to move out soon.

Really good choises; fighter 6, binder 6, factotum 6, early access casting prestige classes, anima mage 4, dragonfire adept 6, incarnum classes 6, any ToB classes 6.

I keep hearing something about (unarmed) variant swordsage? If so, how viable is a Monk 2/Swordsage 4 build?

Nowhere in CC does it say this. If you can show me the exact text, then I will beleive it. It says you cannot select another unless the second fits thematically with the first. So maybe Plant and Animal would go together, but getting Knowledge and Travel with either of them will be a bit of a stretch.

Problems:
1- Frenzied Berzerker requires BAB +6, so you can't enter it until level 7.
2- If I understand correctly, OP's DM banned PrC's anyway.

E6 can be fun, but it can also be horribly manipulated ... you need a limit on feats.

Essentia caps.

Only the amount you can put into each soulmeld/feat/other class ability. Not how much a character can have at a given level.
