Elan Psion Egoist vs Piles of Undead

Oct 12, 2009 21:22:55		I would like some suggestions on how best to fend off hordes of undead with this character. I am starting at level 1 and am limited to PHB and EPH, with a possibility to pull from complete psionic if I can roleplay acquisition of the skill/feat/class in a nearby city (intentionally difficult and expensive by the DM)

Other party members include a cleric, rogue and druid so we do not have a dedicated frontline fighter. The cleric has some turning but not enough to handle the volume of undead we will encounter.

Metamorphasis is limited in that I can't transform into a creature I have never heard of or fought before.

There are some anti-undead psionic powers in Complete Psionic. One of them is basically Magic Jar that only works on mindless undead.


Astral Constructs should do fairly well against them.


Psychoportive Shelter (also CPsi, equivalent of Rope Trick) would also come in handy, I'd imagine.

You need more lvl before you gain the anti undead power.
