The campaign setting I'm in is pure psionic with NO MAGIC
Besides the WOTC books, Hyperconcious is also allowed.
The setting also includes a non-psionic core class the "commoner"

Commoner stats include d10 HD, 6+int skills, 10 class skills of player's choice, and bonus feat progression as a fighter but with the ability to buy things like Evasion and mettle ALA the Unearthed Arcana simple classes.

The rest of the party includes a Blue Goblin Psion/Psychic Churgeon (Surgeon), a human Commoner/Warmind, Psiforged Psychic Artificer, and a ??? with some dream related prestige class (something where he has minions or something)

Commoners have fighter hit die, fighter feats, rogue skill points, and can pick their class skills? WTF? WTFingF?!?!!!!

I'm sorry, I'm gonna have to come back with stuff for your build after I finish digesting the farmer who can kill a lvl 2 party. Holy Crap.

Keeping in mind that this is a re-tool of a character I tried for one session, who will in essence remain the same character(same equipment)
He was a Commoner 10, but that didn't work at all
My current idea is this:
Commoner4/Fighter1/Electro5
His feats are:
Shield Spec
Shield Ward
Strong Mind
Deflective Armor
Heavy Armor Optimization
Wild Talent
Endurance
Evasion

He has a set of +3 Mithril Full Plate and a +3 Mithril Shield. His weapon got destroyed, along with his +2 cloak of resistance, but he still has his ring of protection +1 and his +2 STR and +2 CON boosting items.
His stats are Str 16, Dex 16, Con 16, Int 14, Wis 13, Cha 11. This was made using 32 point buy.
I have 4729 spare gold to use for whatever.
