Enchantment Unarmed TWF Kensai Questions

As part of a Full Attack Action, the wielder gets an extra attack
at his/her best attack bonus each round. Does not stack with
Haste

If TWF and wielding two speed weapons do their abilities activate independently granting two extra attacks?

Finesse, also a +3 enchant

Wielder who is the size for which the weapon was made only:
+2 Enhancement bonus to Dexterity
Wielder may use his/her Dexterity modifier as a bonus on
attack rolls instead of his/her Strength.

Would the Dex bonuses stack?

Now the real question xD

If I were a Kensai enchanting my fists, both fists are enchanted with the same enchantments, so like. Would I be getting plus two attacks on a full attack and +4 dex for minimal costs? (20% for my second fist)

(enhancement) and would not stack

As I understand it, 2 speed weapons still only gets 1 extra attack total from that enhancement type

Both ends of this +5 quarterstaff of speed have equal enhancement and special powers, meaning that it allows an additional attack with each end every round. While the quarterstaff of alacrity is held, it grants its wielder a +5 resistance bonus on Reflex saves. It also deflects ranged weapons as if the wielder had the Deflect Arrows and Infinite Deflection feats.

Caster Level: 21st; Prerequisites: Craft Magic Arms and Armor, Craft Epic Magic Arms and Armor, protection from arrows, shield; Market Price: 462,600 gp; Cost to Create: 231,600 gp + 14,620 XP.

Jan 12, 2009 14:26:00 Hsien is right. The Quarterstaff of Alacrity seems to be an odd exception. It was originally in the Epic Level Handbook, so perhaps it was never "fixed" with 3.5.

To my knowledge, yes. I should have been clearer: in my experience, 3.0 books tend to be a bit more "buggy" as far as inconsitencies such as the Quarterstaff of Alacrity.
