#1 theripper Feb 04, 2010 7:18:51	Hi, my group is going to encounter an erinyes. But she won't be an enemy (unless attacked). She got banned from hell for being to kind (no details) and is lawful neutral. The party might encounter her more than once. At first she will have 2-3 class levels, but later she might have up to 10-12. I wanted to give her spellcasting abilities, but the base-class-progression would be too slow. Due to not being evil (excludes ur-priest), the only class I found would be Divine Crusader, but the class abilities are useless (already resistant to acid, darkvision, outsider type). Can anybody help me finding a way to give her faster spell-progression? Books: almost everything except Dragon Mag. Feats and skills don't have to be the standard for an Erinyes (except the bonus feats: dodge, mobility). If spellcasting won't work, I'd like to hear any cool ideas for a "fallen fallen angel"
#2 phaedrusxy Feb 04, 2010 9:59:27	If it doesn't have to be divine spellcasting, Sublime Chord might work. It is Cha-based also, which should synergize well with her high racial bonus to charisma.
#3 Senevri Feb 04, 2010 10:01:03	BAB 9? Suel Arcanamach. Trade away two feats, go Suel... Remember, they're non-associated levels. So, a Erinyes Suel 2/Virtuoso 3/Sublime Chord 1 would be CR 11... 9th level spells at CR 19.
#4 theripper Feb 04, 2010 18:04:11	Thanks for the hint of non-associated levels, forgot about them. That means I have some more caster levels to give to her. CR should be about 10 for the first encounter. @Phaedrus: No it doesn't have to be divine spellcasting. I like the idea with sublime chord, but I appreciate any other builds you'd like to share. I have one more question: When she becomes lawful neutral, does she lose the evil subtype?
