Factotum 3/ Warblade 8/ Eternal Blade 9

I was wondering if it is actually a good build, and worth playing. Can anyone help me out?

You could try Factotum 6, Warblade 7, EB 7. WB 8 doesn't get you anything over WB7, still get IL17 at 20th.
